02 RA Road Traffic Safety Law
The RA Law on Road Traffic Safety sets out road users' rights and duties: which documents a driver must carry, who counts as a passenger versus a driver, and which vehicle categories each licence class covers.

According to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Ensuring Road Traffic Safety", an international driver's license for "C" category vehicles can be issued:
- A People over 18 years old.
- B People over 20 years old.
- C People over 21 years old.

According to the RA Law on Ensuring Road Traffic Safety, international driver's licenses are issued:
- A For 1 year.
- B For 3 years.
- C For 5 years.
- D Termless.

According to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Ensuring Traffic Safety", in the subdivisions of the Traffic Police (except for the candidate of the driver of "AM" sub-vehicle) the candidate of the driver can take part in the practical examination, if he/she turned
- A 15 years
- B 16 years.
- C 17 years.

According to the RA Law on Ensuring Road Traffic Safety, the following vehicles are considered to be:
- A Vehicles (trams, trolleybuses, buses), as well as taxis, which have stops (stops), move on routes, transport passengers and (or) luggage.
- B A vehicle with stopping points (stops), moving on routes, transporting passengers and (or) luggage (tram, trolleybus, bus).
- C A vehicle traveling on a tourist route, transporting passengers and / or luggage.

According to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Ensuring Road Traffic Safety", persons holding "B", "C", "D" categories and "C1", "D1" subcategory vehicles are allowed to drive them with attachments, if the maximum permissibility of the attachment is a mass.

According to the RA Law on Ensuring Road Traffic Safety, the following is considered a stop:
- A Bringing the vehicle to a standstill in connection with the passenger's request.
- B Delivering the vehicle to a state of intentional immobility for more than 5 minutes if it is not related to the seating, disembarking or loading or unloading of passengers.
- C Up to 5 minutes or bringing the vehicle to a deliberate immobile position for the time necessary for the passenger to sit, get off and (or) load and unload the vehicle.

According to the RA Law on Ensuring Road Traffic Safety, the maximum permissible mass of a vehicle is:
- A The maximum mass of the completed and loaded vehicle.
- B The mass of the vehicle loaded, completed and loaded with driver, passengers and cargo, which the manufacturer has defined as the maximum permissible.
- C The mass of the vehicle loaded with driver, passengers and cargo, which the manufacturer has set as the maximum permissible.

According to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Ensuring Road Traffic Safety", the stopping point of a public vehicle is:
- A A place for passengers to get on and off on a certain section of the public transport route and equipped with appropriate road signs.
- B A place for passengers to get on and off in a certain section of the public transport route.

According to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Ensuring Road Traffic Safety", a certificate of the right to drive "D" category and "D1" sub-category vehicles can be issued to persons who have:
- A Driving license of "B" or "C" category or "C1" sub-category vehicles and they have reached 21 years of age.
- B They have a driver's license for driving "B" category or "B1" sub- category vehicles and have reached 18 years of age.
- C Driver's license of "AB" category or "A1B1" sub-categories and they have reached 18 years of age.
- D B or "C" category or "C1" sub-category driving license and they are 20 years old.
